I Ponca 10 in visita al nostro prosciuttificio/The Ponca 10 bid D'Osvaldo adieu

The Ponca 10* visited cult prosciuttificio D’Osvaldo saturday in Cormòns: Matthew Turner (head sommlier, Michael Mina, San Francisco), Brent Karlicek (wine merchant, Postino, Phoenix), Jamie Garrett (sommelier, Sonnenalp, Vail), Bobby Stuckey (wine director,Frasca, Boulder), Steve Wildy (beverage director, Vetri, Philadelphia),Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson (chef, Frasca, Boulder), Lara Persello(our handler, Turismo FVG), Shelley Lindgren (wine director, A16, San Francisco), Mario Nocifera (director of operations, Frasca, Boulder), Joe Campanale (beverage director, Dell’Anima, New York).

The Ponca 10 group, visited our Prosciuttificio on saturday morning! We enjoed the american's group: they were so nice and cool!!

They saw our ham's process, the "cult" camino where we smoke the ham and they tasted our speck and guanciale!

We hope they liked them! :)

Il gruppo di americani Ponca 10 ha visitato il nostro Prosciuttificio lo scorso sabato. Ci siamo proprio divertiti in loro compagnia...sono così simpatici!

I ponca 10 hanno imparato il processo di lavorazione dei nostri prosciutti, visitato lo storico camino ed assaggiato il nostro speck e il guanciale!
